This document specifies a rapid colloidal gold immunochromatographic detection method for carbendazim in fruits and vegetables. This document is suitable for the rapid qualitative determination of carbendazim residues in Brussels sprouts, zucchini, beans, and strawberries. Other foods can be implemented accordingly.
