Scope

This document stipulates the scope of technical supervision, professional technical supervision and technical supervision and management requirements for electrochemical energy storage power stations. This document applies to the technical supervision of electrochemical energy storage power stations using lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and water electrolysis hydrogen production/fuel cells as carriers.
