Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the determination of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead and mercury soluble in nitric acid in fertilizers and soil conditioners. This standard is applicable to the determination of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead and mercury in fertilizers and soil conditioners; special attention should be paid to the applicability of this standard when analyzing some micronutrient fertilizers.
