Scope
It uses high-quality sorghum, wheat, water, etc. as raw materials, and high-temperature Daqu as the saccharification starter. After traditional solid-state fermentation in the cellar, steamer and barrel distillation, and storage in rounds, no edible alcohol or non-self-fermentation substances are added directly or indirectly.
