This document stipulates the evaluation requirements for green design products of wind turbine steel towers (hereinafter referred to as towers), and describes the evaluation methods and preparation methods of product life cycle evaluation reports. This document is applicable to the green design product evaluation of steel tubular towers for horizontal axis wind turbines with a swept area of not less than 5,000 square meters. Other types of towers can be implemented as a reference. This document formulates the technical requirements for the evaluation of green design products for wind turbine steel towers from the dimensions of resource attributes, energy attributes, and environmental attributes.
