- This document specifies the test methods for the energy consumption and driving range of pure electric vehicles. This document is applicable to N1 category and M1 and M2 category vehicles whose maximum design gross mass does not exceed 3500kg. M1 vehicles and L5 vehicles with a maximum design total mass of more than 3500kg can be implemented by reference.
