Scope

This document specifies test methods for determining the presence, sampling, culturing and quantification of viable microorganisms (eg yeasts, bacteria, endotoxins). This document is suitable for assessing the purification level according to GB/T 13277.1, and is also suitable for determining the active colony-forming units in solid particles in combination with GB/T 13277.4.
