1.0.1 This regulation is formulated in order to standardize the application of CRFS underground rigid composite waterproofing system in waterproofing projects, to achieve advanced technology, safety and application, economical and reasonable, and to ensure the quality of waterproofing projects. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to waterproofing protection projects such as underground engineering of civil and industrial buildings, municipal engineering, tunnels, urban rail transit, and underground comprehensive pipe corridors. 1.0.3 The engineering design and construction using CRFS underground rigid composite waterproofing system should follow the principle of "combination of prevention, drainage, interception and plugging, combining rigidity and softness, adapting measures to local conditions, and comprehensive management". 1.0.4 In addition to complying with the requirements of this regulation, the engineering design, construction and acceptance of the CRFS underground rigid composite waterproofing technology system should also comply with the current relevant national, industry and provincial standards.
