This document specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, hygienic requirements for production and processing, inspection rules, marking, labelling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for prepared vegetable freeze-dried soup cubes. This document applies to prepared freeze-dried soup cubes as defined in Chapter 3.
