Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general provisions, data collection, on-site control system, monitoring and operation dispatch center, data transmission, and lightning protection grounding of pump station computer monitoring and video surveillance systems. This standard is applicable to the testing of computer monitoring and video surveillance systems of large and medium-sized pumping stations, and small pumping station projects shall be implemented accordingly.
