This document gives the technical architecture and network architecture of the power equipment energy consumption monitoring and tuning system (hereinafter referred to as the system), and stipulates the system's hardware requirements, functional requirements, interface requirements, security requirements, and performance requirements. This document is applicable to the design, debugging and acceptance of energy consumption monitoring and tuning systems for power equipment metering and energy consumption monitoring devices for power equipment with similar functions or principles.
