Scope: This standard specifies the monitoring methods, technical processes, monitoring content, monitoring indicators and frequency, monitoring methods and quality control requirements for ecological conditions within the ecological protection red line. This standard is applicable to the comprehensive use of satellite remote sensing, aerial remote sensing and ground monitoring methods to dynamically monitor the area, nature and function of my country's terrestrial ecological protection red lines as well as human interference activities. The monitoring of marine ecological protection red lines is separately included. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of dynamic changes in ecological conditions within the terrestrial ecological protection red lines of administrative regions at the county level and above.
