This document describes a method for the determination of 19 veterinary drug residues in organic fertilizers by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. This document is applicable to amantadine (AMT), sulfapyridine (SPD), sulfapyridazine (SDZ), sulfamethoxazole (SMX), sulfathiazole (STZ), sulfamethazine (SMI), sulfamethazine in organic fertilizers Dimethoxazole (SIZ), sulfamethiadiazole (SMT), sulfamethazine (SMZ), sulfamethoxazole (SMM), sulfamethoxine (SM), sulfamethoxypyridazine (SMPZ), sulfachloropyridazine (SCP), sulfadimethoxine (SDO), sulfadimethoxine (SDM), norfloxacin (NFC), ciprofloxacin (CFC), enno Determination of residues of floxacin (EFC) and ofloxacin (OFC). The detection limits of this method were: sulfathiazole, sulfa-6-methoxine, sulfamethiadiazole and sulfachloropyridazine were all 20 μg/kg; the rest of the targets were 5 μg/kg.
