Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for lotus root production in the Yellow River Basin, cultivation, lotus root pond management, pest and disease control, harvesting and seed saving, packaging and labeling, storage and transportation, production waste treatment and production file management requirements. This document applies to the production of lotus roots in the Yellow River Basin.
