DBS45/ 018-2015 Local food safety standard Guiling paste DBS45/ 018-2015 Local food safety standard Guiling paste This standard replaces DB45/T 580-2009 Guiling paste quality and safety requirements. This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Guiling paste, product classification, requirements, food additives, production and processing requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life, etc. This standard applies to black jelly (or jelly grass water extract plus edible starch), poria, turtle, etc. as the main raw materials, with or without the addition of white sugar (or honey) through filtration, paste boiling, sterilization, filling and other processes. The ready-to-eat paste product is made into stereotyped packaging.
