This document describes the appearance, physical and chemical indicators, and hazardous substance limit requirements of color pastes for polyvinyl chloride artificial leather, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage contents. This document is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of polyvinyl chloride artificial leather color pastes prepared from various organic and inorganic pigments and additives using plasticizers as carriers.
