- This document stipulates the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation method, calculation scope, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit for the production of rare earth hydrosmelting products. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption in the production of light rare earth hydrosmelting products in the Bayan Obo Mine. This document does not apply to the comprehensive recycling of rare earth waste and products produced by alkaline processes.
