Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of hafnium (Hf), titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr), tungsten (W) and tantalum (Ta) in niobium-hafnium alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of hafnium, titanium, zirconium, tungsten and tantalum content in niobium-hafnium alloys. The determination range is shown in Table 1.
