- This standard specifies the entire process standardized management of the installation and configuration requirements of lightning protection devices for secondary equipment in power systems, daily inspections during operation, periodic testing, overvoltage data collection and data analysis, and equipment file management. This standard applies to the lightning protection configuration, operation, maintenance and management of secondary equipment in power systems such as substations (including switch stations), power plants (stations), dispatching communication rooms, automation rooms, information rooms and distribution networks at all voltage levels.
