This standard specifies the normal operating conditions, technical requirements, system functions, test specifications, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of the electric pitch system of plateau wind turbines. This standard is applicable to the electric pitch system of plateau wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as the pitch system) at altitudes above 2000m to 5000m, with rated voltage AC not exceeding 1000V, rated frequency 50Hz or 60Hz, and DC not exceeding 1500V.
