- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitments of Zaoshuo liquor. This standard applies to the production, inspection and sales of Shaoxing rice distiller's grains as raw material, which are distilled through solid-state accumulation fermentation and have an alcohol content of not less than 45%vol.
