- This document stipulates the technical content and specific operation methods of three key links in reducing nitrogen and phosphorus emissions from surface runoff from sloping farmland, including nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer management in the source control link, cross-slope ridge cultivation, contour planting, ridge plants, and process interception links. Straw mulching, as well as the collection, utilization and purification of runoff from sloping farmland in the end-use link. This document is applicable to sloping farmland in hilly and mountainous areas of Hubei Province, and similar sloping farmland in the south can be implemented as a reference.
