This standard specifies the classification, style and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of electrically insulating personal protective equipment shoes. Protective shoes that protect the wearer from injuries caused by accidents, insulate human feet from electrically charged objects, prevent electric shock, and have protective features and safety auxiliary functions to protect the work area. The soles should have anti-slip function, and there should be no metal hooks and other parts on the soles and heels. The toe cap and anti-puncture pads of insulating shoes with impact resistance and pressure resistance should be made of non-metallic materials, and should be integrated with the shoes and cannot move when the shoes are made. The seam process should not be used to connect the upper and bottom. Electrical insulation performance: Shoes should not use metal parts or accessories, and the upper and sole should not be combined with through seams.
