The technical requirements specify that the main core systems and components of the submerged arc furnace complete set of equipment should be fully manufactured, based on standards, adopt appropriate production processes and materials, and be safe, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving. The exhaust gas and solid waste emissions from the smelting process of submerged arc furnaces should comply with the requirements of GB8978, GB16297, and the State Environmental Protection Administration Order No. 5 "Measures for the Management of Hazardous Waste Transfer Documents." The production operations of complete sets of submerged arc furnace equipment should comply with the requirements of GBZ1, GBZ2.1, and GBZ2.2.
