Scope: This standard specifies a headspace/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of volatile organic compounds in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of 55 volatile organic compounds in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and seawater. When the sampling volume is 10.0 ml, use the full scan (Scan) mode to measure, the method detection limit of the target compound is 2 μg/L ~ 10 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 8 μg/L ~ 40 μg/L; use select For ion (SIM) mode measurement, the method detection limit of the target compound is 0.4 μg/L ~ 1.7 μg/L, and the lower determination limit is 1.6 μg/L ~ 6.8 μg/L.
