This document stipulates the basic principles, technical requirements, power quality requirements, reactive power compensation device configuration, large electrothermal energy storage equipment requirements and secondary system equipment requirements for large-scale electrothermal energy storage equipment to be connected to the power grid. This document is applicable to the following equipment: large electric thermal energy storage equipment with a voltage level of 10kV~110kV connected to the power generation side or load side, and an electric heating capacity of 6MVA and above.
