- This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, samples, analysis steps, result calculation and presentation, precision and accuracy, quality assurance and quality control of the atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of total selenium in soil. This standard applies to the determination of total selenium in soil. When the sample amount is 0.5g, the detection limit of this standard is 0.020 mg/kg; the lower limit of determination is 0.080 mg/kg.
