- This standard specifies the liquid chromatographic determination method and positive verification method for the migration of phthalates in plastic packaging materials and products that come into contact with food. This standard is applicable to the determination and verification of the migration amount of phthalates in plastic packaging materials and products that come into contact with food. The detection limit of phthalates in food simulants by this method is 0.12 mg/L (mg/kg).
