Volume load: anaerobic zone (or hydrolysis zone) is 4~8kgCODCr/(m3·d); aerobic zone is 0.3~0.8kgCODCr/(m3·d). Hydraulic retention time: less than 48h for anaerobic-aerobic integrated bioreactor; less than 24h for hydrolysis-aerobic integrated bioreactor. In addition, the lower anaerobic zone (or hydrolysis zone) of the upflow integrated bioreactor should use biological rope filler, with a filler filling ratio of 25~40%; the upper aerobic zone should use suspended filler, with a filler filling ratio of 30~50% ,etc.
