This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use and packaging, transportation and storage of aluminum and aluminum alloy non-stick pans (hereinafter referred to as non-stick pans). This standard applies to frying pans and woks that are made of aluminum and aluminum alloys as base materials (including composite materials with aluminum or aluminum alloy inner surfaces) and whose surfaces in contact with food are treated with non-stick coatings.
