Scope

This standard specifies the four-probe test method for resistivity of carbon nanotube powder pressed into thick blocks. This standard is applicable to samples whose resistivity of carbon nanotube powder is tested by the four-probe method and whose thickness is greater than 4 times the probe spacing. The powder resistivity test of other carbon materials can be carried out by reference.
