This standard proposes feasible technologies for the prevention and control of wastewater, waste gas, solid waste and noise pollution in the pesticide manufacturing industry. This standard can be used as a reference for the environmental impact assessment of pesticide manufacturing industrial enterprises or production facility construction projects and centralized pesticide manufacturing industrial wastewater treatment facilities, the formulation and revision of national pollutant discharge standards, pollution discharge permit management, and the selection of pollution prevention and control technologies. Pollution prevention and control by intermediate manufacturers of pesticides can be implemented with reference to this standard.
