- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grades, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of resin-based artificial stone slabs (hereinafter referred to as "slabs"). This standard applies to artificial stone slabs for building decoration that are processed with resin or polymer as a binder. It does not apply to artificial stone slabs that are processed with cement or a mixture of resin and cement as a binder.
