- This standard specifies the detection of chloramphenicol (CAP) residues in aquatic products - the principles of colloidal gold immunochromatography, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, measurement steps, result judgment and expression, and results confirmation methods. This standard is applicable to the rapid screening and detection of chloramphenicol residues in fish, turtle, turtle muscle tissue and edible tissues of shrimp, crab shells and intestinal glands. The detection limit of this method is 0.3 μg/kg.
