Scope
This document specifies the principles, reagents, materials, instruments and analytical procedures for the determination of iron, lead, arsenic and mercury metal elements in industrial sulfuric acid using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). This document applies to industrial sulfuric acid produced from pyrite, sulfur, smelting flue gas or other sulfur-containing raw materials.
