- This document specifies the safety and pollution prevention requirements during offshore single-point mooring operations for oil tankers. This document is applicable to single-point mooring oil tanker operations of the flexible connection type represented by the catenary anchor leg single-point mooring system. This document does not apply to floating production, storage and offloading units (FPSO/FSOU).
