- This document stipulates the general requirements for ensuring the purity of high-oleic acid peanuts during the sowing, planting, harvesting, shelling and processing of high-oleic acid peanuts, including basic requirements, record and document requirements, breeding and propagation requirements, planting and harvesting requirements, and shelling requirements. Shell and production and processing process management requirements, inspection management requirements, personnel management requirements, storage and shipping requirements, product traceability and recall requirements. This document is applicable to the external evaluation and certification of the purity management system of high-oleic acid peanuts and high-oleic acid peanut products companies, and is applicable to the breeding, planting, harvesting, shelling, storage, and production and processing processes of high-oleic acid peanuts for edible and oil use.
