Scope

This standard specifies the principle, instruments and reagents used, sample preparation, analysis steps, data processing and calculation, precision and effect confirmation by gas chromatography for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of dimethyl fumarate in food. The minimum detection limit of this method is 2.0mg/kg for capillary chromatography column and 10mg/kg for packed column.
