- Scope
- This standard specifies technical measures for the control of odor pollution in domestic waste landfill operations, landfill gas collection and treatment, leachate collection and treatment, etc., as well as monitoring requirements for odor pollutants in domestic waste landfills. This standard applies to the control and supervision of odor pollution in domestic waste landfills, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, and completion acceptance of new, modified, and expanded domestic waste landfills. The control of odor pollution in domestic waste transfer stations, incineration plants, composting plants and other waste treatment and disposal facilities shall be implemented with reference to this standard.
