This document stipulates the evaluation requirements for green design products of chili sauce, and describes the life cycle assessment report preparation method and evaluation method. This document is applicable to the green design product evaluation of chili sauce made from fresh chili peppers as the main raw material and processed through specific processes such as fermentation.
