Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for colored polyimide short fibers. This standard is applicable to polyimide short fibers with a nominal linear density of 0.70 dtex to 7.00 dtex and produced by the liquid coloring process. Colored polyimide short fibers of other specifications can be used as a reference.
