DBS64/ 004-2019 Local Food Safety Standard Liangpi DBS64/ 004-2019 Local Food Safety Standard Liangpi This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing of Liangpi, test methods, inspection rules, signs, Packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to cold skin made from wheat flour, wheat starch or rice as the main raw material, with water, salt, edible vegetable oil and other auxiliary materials added during the production process. This standard does not apply to seasonings and dishes in Liangpi.
