Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of chromium content in nickel alloys soluble in nitric acid-hydrochloric acid mixed acid by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of chromium content in nickel alloys with a mass fraction of 0.01% to 4%.
