This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions for the general electrical properties of diode diffusers, and specifies the implementation standards for the general parameters of the front-end process of finished diodes, that is, the diffuser process. This standard is applicable to diode diffusion manufacturers and covers conventional electrical properties: reverse breakdown voltage, forward voltage drop, reverse recovery time, reverse leakage current, and diffusion chip thickness.
