Scope
Analysis steps 6.1 Sample preparation and storage Sample preparation and storage are carried out in accordance with GB/T 15687-2008 "Preparation of Animal and Vegetable Oil Samples". 6.2 Sample pretreatment 6.2.1 Extract and weigh 2.5g of sample (accurate to 0.01g), add 10mL of n-hexane, mix thoroughly on a vortex mixer and use it as a loading solution to be purified. 6.2.2 Purification: Inhale all the sample solution into the activated solid-phase extraction cartridge. The remaining sample liquid is washed with n-hexane and then incorporated into the solid-phase extraction cartridge. The flow rate does not exceed 1.0 mL/min. After all the sample solution has passed through the column, use 5 mL of 20% ethyl acetate in n-hexane and 10 mL of 80% ethyl acetate in sequence.
