1.0.1 This regulation is formulated in order to standardize the application of FS underground rigid waterproofing technology system in underground waterproofing projects, to achieve advanced technology, safety and application, economical and reasonable, and to ensure the quality of waterproofing projects. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to the waterproofing of underground projects such as civil and industrial building underground projects, protective projects, municipal projects, tunnels, urban rail transit, and underground comprehensive pipe corridors. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the requirements of this regulation, the design, construction and acceptance of underground projects using the FS underground rigid waterproofing technology system should also comply with the relevant national, industry and Shandong Province current standards.
