Scope

This document specifies a method for the spectrophotometric determination of acetylcholinesterase activity. This document is applicable to the determination of acetylcholinesterase activity in special reagents for the detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues. The quantitative limit of this method is 0.01 μmol/(mL·min), and the measurement range is 0.01 μmol/(mL·min)~ 0.13μmol/(mL·min).
