Scope
This standard specifies the metabolite of furantadone, 5-methylmorpholine-3-amino-2-oxazolidinyl ketone (AMOZ, the same below), and the metabolite of nitrofurazone (SEM, below) in aquatic products. The same), the residual amount of nitrofurantoin's metabolite 1-amino-2-hydantoin (abbreviated as AHD, the same below) and the furazolidone metabolite 3-amino-2-oxazolidinyl ketone (abbreviated as AOZ, the same below) in liquid Determination method by phase chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the detection of furazolidone metabolites, nitrofurazone metabolites, nitrofurantoin metabolites and furazolidone metabolite residues in aquatic products. This standard stipulates that the detection limits of furatadone metabolites, nitrofurazone metabolites, nitrofurantoin metabolites and furazolidone metabolites are all 0.50 μg/kg.
