Scope

This document specifies a method for the determination of carvacrol and thymol in feed by high performance liquid chromatography. This document applies to the determination of carvacrol and thymol in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, additive premixed feeds and concentrate supplements. The detection limit of carvacrol and thymol in this document is 0.25mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.75mg/kg.
