- This specification stipulates the basic requirements for the design of highway slope ecological protection projects in high-altitude and cold areas, ecological protection design investigation, ecological protection species selection, vegetation layer design, and slope ecological protection design. This specification is applicable to the design of ecological protection engineering for newly built, reconstructed and expanded highways and first-class highway slopes in high-altitude and cold areas.
